Audience
Senior Executives of the Client organisation and the Operational manager of the chosen Change Subject. The Senior Executives will be shown the benefits of the PACE approach to the management of change while the Operational manager of the chosen business area will be presented with a unique view of their future change profile. 

Approach
This service will provide a snapshot of the impact of the proposed changes on a selected Change Subject. Crucially, the service will also enable Senior Executives of the organisation to understand the PACE methodology, the PACE application and its applicability to their process for whole of business change. 

Information Gathering A pre-engagement questionnaire will be sent out to gather some initial high-level information before a presentation from Ergo to Senior Executives to provide an overview of the PACE methodology. Ergo will then engage the client in a PACE workshop that will identify and scope the specific Change Subject to be targeted. A PACE engagement plan will then be produced to identify the steps required, the resources needed from the client and the timescales for delivery.

Application of MSP Principles Once the current structures and procedures are understood the Consultant will configure the PACE system and make a presentation to the Client to confirm accuracy and completeness. Following this the PACE application configuration will be revised to allow the final recommendations to be made.

Final Report and Recommendations A recommendations document will be produced and will be presented to the Client with the Change Scan Engagement Plan.
